Things you're probably wondering
Why no per-event pricing?
Because the per-event reservoir-and-overage model that the big error trackers use is a tax on the developers least equipped to budget for it. Vibe-coders, hobbyists, and small teams hate dreading the invoice. We charge a flat fee, eat the long tail, and make the math obvious. If you blow past your tier we email you. We don't auto-bill.
What if I exceed my events quota?
We email you when you cross 80% and again at 100%. Past 100%, ingestion is paused for the rest of the month. Nothing is auto-charged.You can upgrade with one click to resume, or wait for the next billing cycle. No surprise invoices, ever.
Can I switch from Hosts to Apps, or use only one?
They're completely independent products. Subscribe to either, both, or neither (free tiers exist for both). The bundle is just a discount applied automatically when you have Hosts Pro. It doesn't lock the two together.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Billed yearly saves you 20% on every paid tier across both Hosts and Apps. The bundle stacks the same discount on top of both line items.
How does the bundle work, exactly?
If you subscribe to Hosts Pro ($29.90/mo), Apps Solo is included free on the same account. No second checkout, no coupon code. Want more headroom on Apps? You can upgrade to Studio or Agency at the standard price, and your Hosts Pro line item is unchanged.
What happens if I downgrade?
Extra projects, hosts, and dashboards above the new tier's limit get archived (not deleted). You have 30 daysto re-activate them by upgrading again, after which they're permanently removed. We send a reminder before any deletion.
Is the Apps SDK open source?
Yes. The JavaScript, Node, Python, and Go SDKs are MIT licensed, and the agent that powers Hosts is also open source. You can audit, patch, or fork any of them.
Self-hosted Pro pricing?
Self-hosted Pro is in private beta. We're working with a small group of design partners on SSO, audit logging, and HA deployment. If that fits your team, request access hereand we'll send pricing along with the beta invite.
